The Pricing Analyst is responsible for managing our NA Aftermarket terms of sale and contracts. This position works closely with IT on the functional design, maintenance and testing of the pricing procedures and order management system. This key individual will have a partnership with our Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service teams to resolve, improve, and create business solutions as it relates to our customers and contract agreements.  The Pricing Analyst is responsible for documenting processes, tracking, auditing, and managing all aspects related to customer accounts and terms of sale.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain NA Aftermarket customer terms of sale and contracts  
  • Establish and maintain detailed audit controls and tracking of all updates related to customer agreements
  • Manage and communicate new number pricing to Sales and Marketing
  • Manage NA Aftermarket Intercompany pricing
  • Business liaison between Sales and IT developing pricing structures and order management system
  • Analyze and drive resolution to pricing and discount deductions through TEN-Cares
  • Provide research, problem solving and authorized documentation related to customer concerns
  • Manage, track and report on rebates within SAP.  Work closely with Finance on accrual accuracy
  • Maintain material master updates associated with terms of sale, new part releases, and obsolescence
  • Lead reviews and establish with cross-functional team members optimization of pricing and terms of sale, and process improvements
  • Ensure freight is reviewed, analyzed and maintained based on terms of sale and customer agreements
  • Review and analyze current pricing and terms of sale and drive updates and process improvements
  • Work closely with System Solutions & Customer Maintenance and provide assistance and support with customer set-up and customer catalogs
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis, tracking and projects as assigned. 

Required Skills:

  • Ability to understand business processes, assess and interpret business information needs, and  interact with technical IT personnel to develop solutions
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Self- motivated individual with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines; project-based and team-oriented environment
  • Detail-oriented with a strong penchant for accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point
  • Strong working knowledge/experience with SAP

Required Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or related field from an accredited institution; equivalent experience will be considered
  • Minimum three years in a business environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future
