OFFICE CLERK

JOB OVERVIEW:

Perform various administrative and clerical tasks, including answering phone, preparing and organizing documents, basic bookkeeping and data entry.  Have the ability to work diligently and independently to maintain efficient office operations.  Reliability and great communication skills are a must. 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Acquire and maintain updated knowledge  
  • Acquire and maintain knowledge of NAID policies and procedures.
  • Excellent computer skills for word processing, spreadsheets and learn our industry standard EZ Shred software program.
  • Knowledgeable and friendly when answering the phone, taking messages or redirecting calls to the appropriate office.
  • Skilled in the use of office equipment such as printers, fax machines and document scanning.
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge.
  • Ability to organize and maintain files and records, ensuring they remain updated and are easily accessible.
  • Team mentality and willingness to assist in office management and organization procedures.
  • Keep office equipment and desks stocked with needed supplies.  Keep office manager informed if supplies need to be ordered.
  • Maintain acceptable punctuality and attendance.
  • Other duties as assigned.
